Amaury Barberot
CEO
Amaury Barberot has been CEO and President of Expliseat since 2021. A graduate of École des Mines de Paris, he joined Expliseat in 2012, leading the industrialization of the TiSeat’s composite tube. He has held key roles across industrialization, programs, sales, and operations, contributing to major milestones like the 2014 JEC Award.

With a background in business and finance, she has driven the growth of deep tech startups in semiconductors, cybersecurity, robotics, and space. Andy Jones
Andrew Jones
Chief Technology Officer
Andy brings nearly a decade of experience as Technical Director at Acro Aircraft Seating, where he leads the development of multiple seat platforms and customization programs. A chartered Mechanical Engineer, he has deep expertise across all cabin segments—from Economy to Business Class—and across narrowbody, widebody and regional aircraft. Recognized for his design philosophy, Andy focuses on optimizing space to enhance comfort while reducing weight and improving durability and sustainability. At Expliseat, he leads the next phase of product innovation, strengthening the company’s position as a global leader in high-performance, ultra-lightweight seating.

VP Marketing & Strategy
With over 20 years in commercial aviation, Antonio has held leadership roles at Bombardier, Interiors OEMs, and aviation advisories, contributing to projects like the CSeries launch and CRJ/Q400 enhancements. He holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University "Federico II" in Naples and a mini MBA from McGill University.

Cédric Térésa is the Factory Director for Expliseat’s new facility in Angers. With over 15 years of experience in the automotive and aeronautical sectors, he has managed various production facilities at Safran, including the establishment of a factory in Casablanca.
Adrien Daniere
Adrien Daniere
VP Sales Commercial Aviation
Adrien joined Expliseat in 2022, bringing a decade of international experience from Airbus in strategic sourcing and high-tech cooperation. He later co-founded Arastelle, specializing in professional drone equipment.
JeanFrançois-Tessier
Jean Francois Tessier
VP Sales, Commercial Aviation
Jean-François is based in Montreal and manages the North American market. With a background in aerospace and flight simulation, he played a key role in launching the CSeries (now A220) at Bombardier and has led global sales at TRU Simulation, MPS, and Universal Hydrogen. He holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from ISAE-SUPAERO and a Master’s from Imperial College London.

With over a decade in aerospace and railway interiors at ELeather and Lantal, Mark joined Expliseat in 2023 to drive market expansion. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, he leads the introduction of Expliseat’s groundbreaking seating concepts in rail and the development of new mobility solutions, including ground transportation and eVTOLs.
Alain Beaumont
Alain Beaumont
VP Sales APAC, Commercial Aviation
Alain Beaumont is an aerospace executive with over 30 years of international experience across aviation technology, connectivity, and digital systems. He begins his career as a systems engineer, notably working with Airbus Defence, before moving into international business development and sales leadership. He holds senior commercial roles in aviation, including at Thales, where he leads major in-flight entertainment and connectivity campaigns across South and Southeast Asia, as well as positions at Textron and Safran.
